How to change the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Statement"?

1) Go to: Host / Languages
2) Click on Language Editor
3) Scroll (all the way) down the page and locate "MESSAGE_PORTAL_PRIVACY.Text" and "MESSAGE_PORTAL_TERMS.Text".
